Shipping & Return Policy

This legal document outlines important rules, responsibilities, and expectations related to Space City Car Club, membership, events, website use, and related services.

Thank you for supporting Space City Car Club. Every purchase helps support our club, our events, our community efforts, and the nonprofit organization we support.

Please read this Shipping & Return Policy carefully before placing an order. By purchasing from our website, you agree to the terms below.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed.

Because our products are made to order, each item is produced specifically for the customer who purchased it. We do not keep regular inventory or stock on hand. Once your order is submitted, production may begin quickly, and the item cannot be returned to general inventory.

This means we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • Wrong size ordered
  • Wrong color ordered
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Duplicate order placed by customer
  • Incorrect shipping address provided by customer
  • Item arriving later than expected, unless required by law
  • Product not fitting as expected
  • Minor color differences between screen display and physical product
  • Customer no longer wanting the item after production has started

Most products sold through the Space City Car Club website are made to order.

This means the product is created after your order is placed. We do not mass-produce or warehouse these items in advance.

Made-to-order products may include, but are not limited to:

  • T-shirts
  • Hoodies
  • Hats
  • Club apparel
  • Accessories
  • Event merchandise
  • Specialty items
  • Limited-run designs
  • Sponsor or fundraiser merchandise

Because these items are produced specifically for each order, they are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

For clothing and apparel, customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before placing an order.

When sizing charts or sizing tables are provided, we strongly urge you to review them carefully before purchasing.

Sizing may vary depending on the product style, manufacturer, brand, fabric, and fit. A size you normally wear in one brand may not fit the same way in another product.

Space City Car Club is not responsible for incorrect sizing selected by the customer.

Orders will not be refunded, returned, or exchanged due to size selection issues.

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, and details as accurately as possible.

However, actual product colors may vary slightly due to:

  • Screen settings
  • Device brightness
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing methods
  • Fabric type
  • Product material
  • Vendor production differences

These small differences are not considered defects and do not qualify for a return, refund, or exchange.

Shipping and production times may vary depending on the product, vendor, fulfillment method, order volume, shipping carrier, and destination.

Because items are made to order, your order may require both:

  1. Production time, and
  2. Shipping/transit time

Estimated delivery dates, if shown, are estimates only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.

Under the FTC’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule, sellers must have a reasonable basis for advertised shipping timelines, and if no shipping timeline is stated, they must have a reasonable basis to believe they can ship within 30 days. If a seller cannot ship within the stated time or within 30 days when no time is stated, the customer must be given delay/cancellation options as required by the rule.

Space City Car Club is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

  • Production delays
  • Vendor delays
  • Carrier delays
  • Weather
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect customer information
  • Lost or delayed carrier scans
  • High order volume
  • Supply shortages
  • Events outside our control

Once an item has been handed to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is controlled by the carrier.

Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.

Space City Car Club is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, we may, at our discretion, offer to reship the item at the customer’s expense. Reshipping is not guaranteed.

No refunds will be issued for orders lost, delayed, or returned because of an incorrect customer-provided address.

Space City Car Club is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier but reported lost, stolen, or missing by the customer.

If your tracking information shows that your order was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

We recommend checking with:

  • Household members
  • Neighbors
  • Apartment offices
  • Mailrooms
  • Front desks
  • Local carrier offices

At our discretion, Space City Car Club may assist with reviewing order information, but we do not guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered.

Although all sales are final, we want customers to receive the product they ordered.

If you believe you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Your message must include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email address used at checkout
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Clear photos of the packaging, if damaged
  • A description of the issue

Space City Car Club reserves the right to determine, at its sole discretion, whether an item qualifies for review.

Submitting a claim does not guarantee a replacement, exchange, refund, or credit.

We do not offer exchanges as a standard policy.

However, Space City Car Club reserves the right to exchange or replace products purchased from the website at our sole discretion.

A discretionary exchange or replacement may be considered only in limited situations, such as:

  • Wrong item received
  • Wrong design printed
  • Wrong size shipped compared to the order
  • Product arrived damaged
  • Product has a clear manufacturing defect

We do not offer discretionary exchanges for customer sizing mistakes, change of mind, color preference, late delivery, or buyer’s remorse.

If we approve an exchange or replacement, we will provide instructions. Do not ship any item back unless we specifically ask you to do so.

Do not return products without written approval from Space City Car Club.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted, refunded, exchanged, or guaranteed to be shipped back.

If an item is returned without approval, Space City Car Club is not responsible for the item, shipping cost, replacement cost, or refund.

Orders cannot be canceled once placed.

Because our products are made to order, production may begin shortly after checkout. Once an order has entered production, it cannot be canceled, modified, returned, or exchanged.

If you notice an error immediately after placing an order, contact us as soon as possible. We may attempt to help, but we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

A percentage of proceeds from eligible purchases will benefit the nonprofit organization supported by Space City Car Club.

The amount contributed may vary depending on the product, campaign, production cost, processing fees, vendor fees, event costs, and other expenses.

Unless specifically stated, purchases made through the Space City Car Club website are not tax-deductible donations. They are purchases of goods, with a portion of proceeds used to support the club’s charitable and community-focused efforts.

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • The product is made to order
  • Space City Car Club does not keep stock or inventory for standard returns
  • You are responsible for reviewing product details before ordering
  • You are responsible for checking sizing tables when provided
  • All sales are final
  • No returns or exchanges are accepted
  • Space City Car Club may choose, at its sole discretion, to exchange or replace an item in limited cases
  • A portion of proceeds may benefit the nonprofit organization supported by Space City Car Club
