Welcome to Space City Car Club. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, membership platform, event registrations, merchandise purchases, online content, and participation in club-related activities.

By using this website, creating an account, purchasing a membership, buying merchandise, registering for an event, attending an event, submitting content, or otherwise interacting with Space City Car Club, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use this website, purchase from us, register for events, or participate in club activities.

Space City Car Club is a community-focused car club based in the Greater Houston, Texas area. We welcome automotive enthusiasts of all makes, models, years, and experience levels.

Our mission is to build a positive, family-friendly car community through events, cruises, car shows, member gatherings, charitable efforts, sponsor partnerships, and community outreach.

Space City Car Club may offer:

  • Club memberships
  • Member-only website content
  • Car shows and events
  • Event registrations and tickets
  • Merchandise
  • Sponsor content
  • Community updates
  • Club news, media, photos, and videos
  • Online member resources

By using this website or participating in Space City Car Club activities, you confirm that:

  1. You are at least 18 years old, or you are using the website with the permission of a parent or legal guardian.
  2. You are legally able to enter into these Terms.
  3. Any information you provide is accurate and complete.
  4. You will follow all applicable laws, event rules, safety requirements, and club policies.

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for minors who attend club events or interact with Space City Car Club activities.

Space City Car Club may offer paid or free membership levels. Membership benefits may vary depending on the membership level selected.

Membership benefits may include, but are not limited to:

  • Member-only website access
  • Member-only announcements
  • Member pricing or early access for certain events
  • Access to club resources
  • Eligibility for certain club benefits
  • Participation in member-only activities
  • Other benefits announced by the club

Membership benefits are subject to change at any time. We may add, modify, pause, or remove benefits as needed to support club operations.

To access certain features, you may be required to create a website account.

You are responsible for:

  • Keeping your login credentials secure
  • Maintaining accurate account information
  • All activity that occurs under your account
  • Not sharing member-only content with unauthorized users
  • Not allowing others to use your membership access

Space City Car Club may suspend or terminate an account if we believe the account is being misused, shared improperly, used fraudulently, or used in violation of these Terms.

Membership fees, if applicable, are displayed during checkout.

Depending on the membership type offered, your membership may be:

  • A one-time membership
  • A recurring membership
  • A manually renewed membership
  • A free membership
  • A promotional or honorary membership

If recurring payments are offered, the renewal terms will be shown during checkout. By purchasing a recurring membership, you authorize the payment method provided to be charged according to the renewal schedule shown at checkout.

You may cancel your membership according to the cancellation options available through your account or by contacting Space City Car Club.

Cancellation stops future membership access or future renewals, depending on the membership type. Cancellation does not automatically create a refund unless stated in our refund policy or required by applicable law.

Membership in Space City Car Club is a privilege, not a right.

We reserve the right to deny, suspend, or terminate membership if a member:

  • Provides false or misleading information
  • Violates club rules
  • Engages in unsafe or reckless behavior
  • Harasses, threatens, or discriminates against others
  • Damages the reputation of the club
  • Misuses member-only content
  • Acts in a way that harms the club, its members, sponsors, partners, volunteers, or event guests
  • Violates applicable laws or event rules

No refund is guaranteed if a membership is terminated due to misconduct.

Space City Car Club may host or promote events, including but not limited to:

  • Car shows
  • Cruises
  • Meetups
  • Charity events
  • Sponsor events
  • Member gatherings
  • Community events
  • Fundraisers
  • Entertainment-based events

Some events may require registration, RSVP, or paid tickets.

Event details, including date, time, location, pricing, availability, entry requirements, and participation rules, may change at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to communicate important event updates when possible.

Purchasing a ticket or registering for an event does not guarantee participation if you fail to follow event rules, arrive late, provide incorrect information, or violate safety requirements.

Space City Car Club may cancel, postpone, relocate, or modify an event due to:

  • Weather
  • Safety concerns
  • Venue issues
  • Low registration
  • Government restrictions
  • Vendor or entertainment changes
  • Emergency conditions
  • Circumstances beyond our control

If an event is canceled or postponed, refund or credit options may vary depending on the event, venue, vendors, and costs already incurred.

Unless otherwise stated on the event page, all event ticket refund requests must be submitted before the event begins. No-shows may not be eligible for a refund.

Certain event purchases, sponsorships, vendor fees, reserved spaces, or promotional items may be non-refundable if stated at the time of purchase.

By participating in any Space City Car Club event, cruise, meetup, or activity involving vehicles, you agree that you are solely responsible for:

  • Your vehicle
  • Your passengers
  • Your driving behavior
  • Your insurance
  • Your license and registration
  • Compliance with traffic laws
  • Compliance with venue rules
  • Safe operation of your vehicle

Space City Car Club does not encourage, permit, or endorse reckless driving, racing on public roads, burnouts, donuts, excessive revving, unsafe parking lot behavior, speeding, blocking traffic, or any illegal activity.

Any member or participant who engages in unsafe or illegal behavior may be removed from the event and may lose membership privileges.

Car club activities may involve inherent risks, including but not limited to:

  • Vehicle movement
  • Crowds
  • Weather
  • Road conditions
  • Parking lot conditions
  • Mechanical failure
  • Noise
  • Photography and media activity
  • Vendor areas
  • Food or beverage areas
  • Public traffic
  • Slips, trips, or falls
  • Personal injury
  • Property damage

By attending or participating in Space City Car Club activities, you voluntarily assume all risks related to your participation.

You agree that Space City Car Club, its officers, founders, directors, volunteers, members, sponsors, vendors, partners, and representatives are not responsible for injury, loss, theft, damage, or claims arising from your participation, except where liability cannot be limited under applicable law.

Space City Car Club is intended to be a family-friendly community.

Members, guests, vendors, sponsors, and event participants are expected to behave respectfully.

The following conduct is not allowed:

  • Harassment
  • Threats
  • Fighting
  • Discrimination
  • Hate speech
  • Sexual harassment
  • Bullying
  • Intimidation
  • Unsafe driving
  • Vandalism
  • Theft
  • Excessive intoxication
  • Disruptive behavior
  • Illegal activity
  • Conduct that damages the reputation of the club

We reserve the right to remove anyone from an event, deny future event access, suspend membership, or terminate membership for violating these standards.

Space City Car Club sells merchandise through its online store, including apparel, accessories, event merchandise, club-branded products, sponsor-related products, and other goods.

All physical merchandise sold through our online store is made to order. All merchandise sales are final.

Each item is produced specifically for the customer after an order is placed. Space City Car Club does not maintain regular merchandise inventory for standard returns or exchanges.

12.1. Third-Party Production and Fulfillment

All merchandise is manufactured and fulfilled by independent third-party providers.

Space City Car Club operates as the online storefront and intermediary between customers and these providers.

We do not directly manufacture, print, package, warehouse, or physically ship merchandise.

Once an order is placed, it is submitted to our designated fulfillment provider for production and shipment.

Production schedules, manufacturing processes, fulfillment operations, and shipping arrangements are managed by these independent providers.

Space City Car Club does not directly control production schedules, fulfillment timelines, carrier operations, or delivery dates.

Because merchandise is produced specifically for each order, all standard merchandise sales are final, subject to the limited exceptions and applicable legal requirements described in Section 14.

12.2. Customer Responsibility

Before completing a purchase, customers are responsible for reviewing:

  • Product descriptions and available options
  • Sizes and measurements
  • Sizing charts, when provided
  • Colors and designs
  • Quantities ordered
  • Shipping and contact information
  • Estimated production and delivery times

12.3. Sizing

Customers are responsible for selecting the correct size before ordering.

Sizing may vary by product style, manufacturer, brand, fabric, and fit. A size normally worn in one brand may not fit the same way in another.

Customers should carefully review available sizing charts before purchasing.

Space City Car Club does not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges due to incorrect sizing selected by the customer, except where required by applicable law.

12.4. Product Images and Colors

We make reasonable efforts to display product images, colors, and details accurately.

However, actual products may vary slightly from website images because of:

  • Screen settings
  • Device brightness
  • Lighting conditions
  • Printing methods
  • Fabric types
  • Product materials
  • Production differences between manufacturers or vendors

Minor variations that are normal for the production process are not considered manufacturing defects and do not qualify for returns or exchanges.

Product availability, pricing, descriptions, designs, colors, sizes, and estimated fulfillment times may change without notice.

13.1. Third-Party Production and Fulfillment

All physical merchandise sold through the Space City Car Club online store is made to order.

Space City Car Club operates as an online storefront and intermediary between customers and independent third-party production and fulfillment providers.

We do not manufacture, print, package, warehouse, or physically ship merchandise ourselves.

Once an order is placed, it is submitted to our designated fulfillment provider for production and shipment.

Production schedules, manufacturing processes, fulfillment operations, and shipping arrangements are managed by these independent providers.

Space City Car Club does not directly control production schedules, fulfillment timelines, carrier operations, or delivery dates.

13.2. Production and Shipping Times

Because merchandise is made to order, the fulfillment process generally involves two separate stages:

  1. Production time: The time required by our third-party provider to manufacture, print, prepare, and package the merchandise.
  2. Shipping and transit time: The time required by the shipping carrier to deliver the completed merchandise.

Estimated production and delivery times are provided for informational purposes and are based on information supplied by our fulfillment partners and shipping carriers.

These estimates may change due to circumstances outside our direct control.

Space City Car Club cannot guarantee specific production completion dates or delivery dates unless an express commitment is provided.

13.3. Production and Shipping Delays

Production and delivery may be affected by:

  • Manufacturing or printing delays
  • Supplier availability
  • High production volume
  • Equipment failures
  • Fulfillment provider scheduling
  • Shipping carrier delays
  • Weather conditions
  • Holidays
  • Supply chain disruptions
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping information
  • Other circumstances outside our direct control

Space City Car Club cannot directly expedite production or override the fulfillment schedules of independent providers.

We will make reasonable efforts to communicate significant order delays when information becomes available.

Where applicable consumer-protection laws require delay notifications, cancellation options, or refunds, Space City Car Club will comply with those requirements.

13.4. Shipping Commitments and Legal Requirements

Although Space City Car Club relies on third-party providers for order fulfillment, we recognize our obligations as the online seller.

We will comply with applicable shipping and fulfillment requirements, including the Federal Trade Commission’s Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule.

Where no shipping timeframe is stated, the applicable 30-day shipping rule will apply unless an exception is available.

If an order cannot be shipped within the applicable timeframe, we will provide the delay notifications, customer consent options, cancellation opportunities, or refunds required by law.

13.5. Customer Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information when placing an order.

Space City Car Club cannot guarantee that shipping information can be modified after an order has been submitted to the fulfillment provider.

If a customer discovers an address error, they should contact us immediately.

We may attempt to request a correction from the fulfillment provider, but changes cannot be guaranteed.

Additional shipping charges resulting from customer-provided address errors may be the customer’s responsibility, where permitted by law.

13.6. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

Merchandise is shipped using independent third-party carriers.

Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, the carrier manages transportation and delivery.

If tracking information indicates that a package was delivered but the customer cannot locate it, we recommend contacting the carrier and checking with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, mailrooms, or building management.

Space City Car Club may assist in reviewing tracking information or contacting the fulfillment provider where appropriate.

Claims involving missing, stolen, or misdelivered merchandise will be handled according to the circumstances and applicable consumer-protection laws.

14.1. All Merchandise Sales Are Final

All physical merchandise sold through the Space City Car Club online store is made to order.

ALL MERCHANDISE SALES ARE FINAL. NO STANDARD RETURNS, EXCHANGES, OR REFUNDS ARE ACCEPTED.

Products are manufactured specifically for each customer after an order is submitted. Because we do not maintain regular inventory, returned merchandise generally cannot be placed back into stock or resold.

Except where required by applicable law, returns, refunds, or exchanges are not offered for:

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer
  • Incorrect color or design selected by the customer
  • Change of mind
  • Buyer’s remorse
  • Duplicate orders placed by the customer
  • Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
  • Products that do not fit as expected
  • Minor color variations between product images and physical merchandise
  • Customer preference regarding fit, fabric, or appearance
  • Items that are worn, washed, altered, or damaged after delivery
  • Customer dissatisfaction unrelated to a manufacturing defect or fulfillment error

Customers acknowledge this final-sale policy when completing a merchandise purchase.

14.2. Order Cancellations and Modifications

Orders enter the fulfillment process after checkout, and production may begin shortly afterward.

Customer-requested cancellations or modifications are not guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Once production has started, an order generally cannot be canceled or modified.

If a customer discovers an error immediately after submitting an order, they should contact Space City Car Club as soon as possible.

We may attempt to assist when production has not yet begun, but we cannot guarantee that a change or cancellation will be possible.

This policy does not affect cancellation or refund rights required by applicable law.

14.3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Merchandise

Although all standard merchandise sales are final, we want customers to receive the products they ordered.

If an item arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or differs materially from the item ordered because of a fulfillment error, please contact Space City Car Club within 3 days of delivery whenever possible.

Claims should include:

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Email address used at checkout
  • A description of the problem
  • Clear photographs showing the affected product
  • Photographs of the packaging if shipping damage is involved

We will review the information and determine an appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

Possible resolutions may include:

  • Replacement of the defective or incorrect product
  • Correction of a production or fulfillment error
  • Exchange for the correct item
  • Store credit
  • A refund where appropriate or legally required

Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee a particular resolution.

Space City Car Club reserves the right to review each claim individually and determine whether a discretionary remedy is appropriate, subject to applicable law.

The three-day reporting period is intended to help us investigate production and shipping issues promptly. It does not eliminate rights that customers may have under applicable law.

14.4. Discretionary Replacements and Exchanges

Space City Car Club does not offer exchanges as a standard merchandise policy.

However, we may authorize a replacement or exchange in limited circumstances, including:

  • An incorrect item was shipped
  • An incorrect design was printed
  • A different size was shipped than the size ordered
  • The product arrived damaged
  • The product contains a clear manufacturing defect

We do not generally authorize discretionary exchanges for incorrect customer selections, change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or personal preferences.

If an exchange or replacement is approved, Space City Car Club will provide instructions.

Do not send merchandise back unless Space City Car Club has specifically authorized the return in writing.

14.5. Unauthorized Returns

Merchandise must not be returned without prior written authorization.

Unauthorized returns are not accepted as valid return or exchange requests.

Sending an item back without authorization does not establish eligibility for a refund, replacement, or store credit.

Any handling or return shipping arrangements for unauthorized merchandise will be determined according to the circumstances and applicable law.

14.6. Shipping Fees

Shipping charges are generally non-refundable for completed and properly fulfilled merchandise orders.

If a refund is required because an order cannot be fulfilled, a shipping commitment cannot be met, or another legal obligation applies, the applicable shipping charges will be refunded as required by law.

14.7. Other Purchases

The merchandise final-sale policy does not automatically determine refund eligibility for other transactions, including:

  • Membership fees and renewals
  • Event registrations and tickets
  • Sponsorship purchases
  • Vendor registrations or booth fees
  • Donations

Those purchases remain subject to their applicable terms, event conditions, and legal requirements.

14.8. Final-Sale Acknowledgment

By completing a merchandise purchase through the Space City Car Club online store, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. All physical merchandise is made to order.
  2. Items are produced specifically for your order.
  3. Space City Car Club does not maintain regular inventory for standard merchandise returns.
  4. You are responsible for reviewing product descriptions, colors, designs, sizes, quantities, and shipping information.
  5. You are responsible for reviewing available sizing charts before purchasing apparel.
  6. All standard merchandise sales are final.
  7. Standard returns and exchanges are not accepted.
  8. Customer-requested cancellations and order modifications are not guaranteed.
  9. Limited replacements or other remedies may be authorized when merchandise is defective, damaged, or incorrectly fulfilled.
  10. Nothing in this policy excludes or limits rights that cannot legally be waived.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Price changes do not apply retroactively to completed purchases unless required by law or corrected due to a clear error.

We may refuse or cancel an order if:

  • The product is unavailable
  • The price was listed incorrectly
  • The order appears fraudulent
  • Payment fails
  • The customer violates these Terms
  • We are unable to fulfill the order

If an order is canceled after payment has been collected, we will issue an appropriate refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Space City Car Club may participate in charitable events, fundraisers, community outreach, and donation-based activities.

Net proceeds from eligible merchandise sales may be used to support charitable organizations and community initiatives selected by Space City Car Club.

Net proceeds generally refer to funds remaining after applicable expenses, which may include:

  • Product manufacturing and fulfillment costs
  • Payment processing fees
  • Vendor and service-provider charges
  • Shipping expenses paid by the club
  • Applicable taxes and other transaction-related costs
  • Other direct expenses associated with the merchandise program or charitable campaign

The percentage or amount available for charitable contributions may vary depending on the merchandise sold, production expenses, operating costs, and specific fundraising campaigns.

Space City Car Club may identify particular charitable beneficiaries or fundraising objectives in connection with individual events, products, or campaigns.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, merchandise purchases are purchases of goods and are not tax-deductible charitable donations.

Space City Car Club is not responsible for how independent charitable organizations use donated funds or goods after those contributions have been received.

Space City Car Club may work with sponsors, vendors, partners, venues, entertainers, photographers, media providers, and third-party service providers.

Mentions of sponsors, vendors, or third parties do not mean Space City Car Club guarantees their products, services, availability, quality, pricing, or conduct.

Any transaction between you and a third party is solely between you and that third party.

Space City Car Club is not responsible for third-party websites, third-party policies, third-party services, or third-party disputes.

Space City Car Club events may be photographed, filmed, recorded, livestreamed, or shared online.

By attending a Space City Car Club event, you understand that you, your vehicle, your guests, your likeness, your voice, or your property may appear in photos, videos, social media posts, livestreams, promotional materials, website content, sponsor content, or other media.

You grant Space City Car Club permission to use event-related photos and videos for promotional, editorial, archival, social media, website, and club-related purposes without compensation.

If you have a concern about a specific image or video, please contact us. We will review reasonable removal requests, but we cannot guarantee removal from third-party platforms, shared posts, printed materials, or media already distributed.

Parents and legal guardians are responsible for minors attending events.

19User-Submitted Content

You may have opportunities to submit content to Space City Car Club, including:

  • Photos
  • Videos
  • Member bios
  • Vehicle information
  • Comments
  • Reviews
  • Testimonials
  • Event submissions
  • Business directory listings
  • Sponsor information
  • Social media tags or mentions

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  1. You own the content or have permission to submit it.
  2. The content does not violate another person’s rights.
  3. The content is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
  4. The content does not contain illegal, harmful, hateful, defamatory, or inappropriate material.
  5. Space City Car Club may use, edit, display, publish, or remove the content for club-related purposes.

We are not required to publish user-submitted content and may remove it at any time.

20Website Content and Intellectual Property

All website content owned or created by Space City Car Club, including logos, graphics, text, photos, videos, layouts, designs, branding, page content, event materials, and digital assets, is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, sell, modify, distribute, or use Space City Car Club content without written permission, except for normal personal use or sharing official club posts in a way that credits the club and does not misrepresent the content.

Third-party logos, sponsor marks, vehicle manufacturer names, product names, and other marks remain the property of their respective owners.

You agree not to misuse the website.

You may not:

  • Attempt to hack, disrupt, or damage the website
  • Upload malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to access restricted areas without permission
  • Scrape, copy, or harvest website data
  • Use the website for fraud
  • Impersonate another person
  • Interfere with checkout, membership, or event systems
  • Circumvent membership restrictions
  • Post or submit unlawful or harmful content
  • Use the website in a way that violates applicable law

We may block access, suspend accounts, cancel orders, or take legal action if the website is misused.

22Member-Only Content
